Peach Upside Down Cake

2 cups Lighthouse Cake, Sponge & Steamed Bun Self Raising Flour

1 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1/2 cup brown sugar

4 peaches, sliced into 2 cm wedges

  1. Preheat oven to 175˙C
